This is used in aggregate to understand site performance and is not used to identify you personally.

Cloudflare Turnstile is a privacy-preserving alternative to CAPTCHA. It does not track you across websites and does not profile your behaviour.

We keep inquiry and quotation correspondence for as long as needed to serve the business relationship, and thereafter as required for legal, tax, and audit purposes. ChemContract is based in the United States, and our service providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where personal data is transferred from the EEA or UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.

You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
Email chemistry@chem-contract.com with the subject line "Privacy Request". We will respond within the period required by applicable law (45 days under the CCPA, one month under the GDPR). We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
If you subscribe to our updates or download a resource, we may send you related content and occasional service information. Every email contains an unsubscribe link. You can also unsubscribe by emailing us. We will action opt-out requests promptly.
The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are protected by bot verification and transmitted over encrypted connections. We limit internal access to inquiry data to staff who need it. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
